You know the most beautiful thing about this meme? We didn't notice either. We, too, sat here and admired the cuteness of this kitten without ever noticing that something was wrong. It took us reading this meme to know that anything was amiss. We wonder now, how many things happening all around us in the real world we miss because we are simply sitting there, looking at our cats and taking cute pictures of them? It has to happen at least every once in a while, right?

This is something that we wonder about and want to hear more about. We do not have kids yet, but we do plan on it sometime in the future. And we always find ourselves wondering what it will be like with them. Usually, we think about how they will treat each other, whether they will bond, whether they will be one of those cute cat and baby pairs that you see posts about on the internet. We didn't think about it from this perspective. Babies are pretty demanding… but so are our cats. And there is no way that they will stop being demanding just because there is a baby around. Food for thought. Something to prepare for.
